In September, as in August, Ukraine saw a slight decrease in food prices - by 0.9% against the previous month. However, the overall inflation rate was 0.3% against -0.2% in August. Yuriy Lupenko, Acting Director of the National Research Center “Institute of Agrarian Economics”, commented on the State Statistics Service's report on consumer price dynamics in September this year.
