Ukraine Accuses Russian Prison Chief of Torturing Journalist Viktoriia Roshchyna

ROSTOV OBLAST, RUSSIA, AUG 7 – The former Taganrog prison head is charged with orchestrating torture that violated international law, with up to 12 years in prison if convicted, Ukraine's Prosecutor General's Office said.
