Members of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) have uncovered new facts in the case of a border breach in the Kharkiv region and have re-arrested the former commander of the Operational-Tactical Group (OTG) "Kharkov" Yuriy Galushkin, after he was previously released from a detention center, the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI) of Ukraine announced.
The Pechersk District Court of Kyiv chose a precautionary measure against the former commander of the Kharkiv Operational and Tactical Group Yuriy Galushkin, who is suspected of negligent attitude to military service in the case of defense of Kharkiv region during the 2024 offensive.
