XALAPA.— Adrenaline and classic motor racing will vibrate again in veracruzano territory with a historic novelty: the 39th edition of the Pan American Race will modify its route to include Xalapa in its itinerary to the final goal in Zacatecas. “When they sought us, they said ‘we want to return to Veracruz’, and we asked them to go on this route, to enter Xalapa, in the capital,” said Gov. Rocío Nahle at a press conference.
