The Emscherweg – Emscherkunstweg - Industrial Culture in the Ruhr Region

The Emscherweg runs from the source at Holzwickede in the district of Unna to the mouth of the Emscher in the Rhine near Voerde. It makes the change from an open sewage dump to a lively river experienceable and combines through the Emscherkunstweg nature and landscape with exciting works of art on the way edge.
