The Electoral Court of Entre Ríos rejected the appeal filed against LLA councilor Yaiza Pessolani Bechet.

The Entre Ríos Electoral Tribunal ruled this Monday to reject the appeal filed by Ignacio Ernesto Cabrera, who requested the removal of Yaiza Pessolani Bechet, a councilwoman for La Libertad Avanza in Concordia, due to ineligibility to hold office. The decision was adopted by a majority of the court, ratifying the resolution previously issued by the Concordia Municipal Electoral Board (JEM).
