Skoda CEO Klaus Zellmer has confirmed that the Fabia will remain on sale for much longer than expected, while an electric successor is still in the works.
Volkswagen is expecting massive cuts in its model range as part of its cost-saving package, and there have been speculations that the Škoda Fabia could also be affected. According to the latest statements from brand boss Klaus Zellmer, however, this does not seem very realistic. A successor is even being considered. However, it may surprisingly be a completely different model.
Klaus Zellmer, boss of Škoda , confirms that little Fabia still has beautiful days ahead of her.
Until recently, a new Fabia cost at least 73,150 PLN. Now, a new variant joins the lineup at a significantly lower price. Interestingly, this doesn't mean it comes with a lack of standard equipment.
The director of Škoda Klaus Zellmer announced that the Czech manufacturer will launch the new Fabia on the market.
