The former manager of the 'Sf. Doctors Cosma and Damian' Municipal Hospital in Rădăuți, Flaviu-Emanuel Sima, signed a plea agreement in the case in which he was accused by prosecutors of the National Anticorruption Directorate (DNA) of corruption, according to a press release sent by the DNA on Tuesday.
