In the Kramatorsk direction, the Ukrainian defenders repelled a massive attack of the enemy, which attacked in five waves — four in the morning and one in the evening. The enemy tried to break through the defenses with armored vehicles and numerous infantry, but received a stiff and accurate rebuff.

The enemy threw a large amount of equipment into the battle: most of which were armored combat vehicles and motorcycles, the National Guard reported.
