On Tuesday, a court in Argentina ordered former President Cristina Kirchner (2007-2015) and eight others convicted of the so-called Road Case to pay 685 billion pesos (537 million dollars) to serve the sentence for irregularities in the granting of road works.
If the value is not paid by the defendants for irregular bids of public works, the goods in their names, which are already under consideration, will be leased, according to the Argentine newspaper “La Nación”
