The Court retained the shares purchased on the stock exchange from the Solikam magnesium plant.

The appeal court reversed the decisions to seize the shares of the Solicam magnesium plant from a portion of the minoritarians in favour of the State, in the case of those private investors who purchased the shares of the SMS in organized tenders in Mosbirge.
