The Harju County Court overturned the decision of the Data Protection Inspectorate AKI from June 26 last year, which imposed a fine on the endowment fund, because in the inspectorate's opinion, the requirements for processing personal data were not sufficiently met when conducting a family study of childless people, the Family Foundation announced.
