The Court Has Indicated when It Will Take up the Case of žEmaitaitis's Denigration of Jews.

The Lithuanian Court of Appeal plans to begin hearing the case of Remigijus Žemaitaitis, the leader of the Nemunas Aušra party, in late March, in which he was found guilty of insulting Jews and denying the Holocaust. “The hearing is scheduled for March 30,” Court of Appeal spokeswoman Venta Valčackienė told BNS this week. The case will be heard by a panel of three judges, chaired by Vitalija Norkūnaitė.
