County to Spray for Mosquitoes in Rolando This Week to Curb West Nile Risk

ROLANDO COMMUNITY, SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA, JUL 7 – County crews will spray pesticide on 4,000 parcels in Rolando to reduce adult mosquitoes after West Nile virus was detected, with no human cases so far this year, officials said.

Following the discovery of West Nile virus in mosquitoes in Rolando late last month, county crews will conduct pesticide treatments this week.
