Article 226.1 (2) of the Criminal Code (illegal movement of especially valuable wild animals listed in the Red Book) against Dong Truong Cuoc, a citizen from Vietnam. The man tried to export wild animal horns from Russia worth 78 million 600 thousand rubles.
