SEB is raising interest rates on its fixed-term mortgages, the bank announced on its website. Mortgages with maturities of one year will be raised by 0.10 percentage points to 3.64 percent. The two-year interest rate will be raised by 0.20 percentage points to 3.89 percent, while loans with a five-year term will be raised by 0.15 percentage points to 4.19 percent. The variable mortgage rate, with a three-month fixed-term, will be left unchanged.…

On Tuesday, SEB Bank will increase the mortgage interest rates it offers for fixed-rate periods between 1 and 10 years by 0.10-0.20 percentage points each. The three-month interest rate, however, will remain unchanged. This is stated on SEB's website.
