The castle of Manzanares El Real, a monument of the 15th century symbol of Madrid for hosting in 1983 the signing of the Statute of Autonomy, belongs since this week to its former owner, the writer Almudena de Arteaga and the Alcázar, Duchess of the Infantado, who will have to close the facilities to the public because they do not have a license when they expire the lease agreement that they had held for decades with the Community of Madrid.
