Sunny Shatel, 25, was killed yesterday in a collision between a motorcycle and a car on Highway 35 near Kiryat Gat. MDA teams that arrived at the scene were forced to declare her dead. She is the 48th motorcyclist to be killed since the beginning of the year, bringing the number of fatalities in road accidents on Israeli roads since the beginning of the year to 222.
