The plan to increase the collective wage of state employees has run into opposition from the Ministry of Finance. It says that the draft state budget for next year does not allocate enough money for such a step. Other authorities have also criticized it, saying that they do not know where they will get the money. At the same time, some have pointed out that they are unable to compete with the private sector in recruiting employees.
