The Wrocław police intervened about a thousand times in connection with the riots of fans who came to the city for the Europa Conference League. 38 people were detained, and the first sentences in their cases have just been issued.
Four Britons, accused of participating in brawls on the Wrocław market square before the Conference League final, were sentenced to fines by a Wrocław court on Friday. These are the latest fans to be punished, after the court previously imposed penalties on three Spaniards accused of stealing flags.
