The Kuomintang (KMT) and Taiwan People's Party (TPP) caucuses in the Legislative Yuan are considering submitting their own versions of the 1.25 trillion NT dollar special defense budget. Defense Minister Wellington Koo said on the 19th that there is no need for them to submit their own versions and that any opinions from the ruling and opposition parties should be discussed in the special legislation.
