MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) — A man who was pulled over and arrested for drug trafficking is now facing a 20-year sentence behind bars. On February 12, Priceville Police arrested Norberto Montalban-Nava, 26, of Decatur, after a vehicle stop charging him with trafficking dangerous drugs.
