The upcoming amendment to the Code will help employees who, due to their gender or age, earn significantly less than their colleagues in a similar position. Employers will have to justify this. “They will also be able to seek redress in court,” said labor law expert Petr Hůrka from the Faculty of Law of Masaryk University and CEVRO University.
