The Hondarribia Parade Heritage Promotion Association (HAOSE) has canceled the mediation process that aimed to “find shared solutions.” As its peer company Jaizkibel warned in ARGIA, “promoting dialogue is good, but the municipal government’s strategy does not have a long way to go.”
