The 9th International Prosciutto Festival was officially opened in Drniš. Producers showed off all their best, award-winning prosciuttos, and after the welcoming speeches, a prosciutto cutting competition was held. The prefect of the Šibenik-Knin County, Paško Rakić, cut the best slice of prosciutto, and thus had the honor of officially opening the prosciutto festival.
