The 14th St. Patrick’s Parade kicked off Sunday afternoon on a new route, starting on West Street at Amos Garrett Blvd. From there, the parade made its way toward downtown on West Street, traveling around Church Circle before continuing down Northwest Street to Calvert concluding on St. John’s Street. Annapolis St. Patrick’s Parade Continues to Draw Thousands to Celebrate the Green!

The annual Annapolis St. Patrick’s Parade once again drew a big crowd, with more than 100 units stepping off promptly at 1 p.m. Military bands, drum and bagpipe bands, fire trucks, Irish step dancers, and local businesses made their way before an estimated crowd of more than 12,000 lining West Street and Church Circle.
