TYLER, TEXAS, AUG 8 – Wesley Worl, with a 25-year history of offenses including voyeurism and stalking, was charged with soliciting minors while dressed in a diaper near a Tyler elementary school.
- On Thursday, Wesley Worl, 45, a Whitehouse resident near Tyler, yelled `“goo goo ga ga”` at two little girls near Andy Woods Elementary School and asked them to `“change”` him like a baby.
- His criminal history details past offenses including public indecency, stalking, and wearing a diaper in public, dating back to 1999.
- Following the chase, the girls noticed a silver vehicle following them, and a bystander’s son recorded the license plate, aiding Tyler police.
- He is currently held at the Smith County Jail on a $600,000 bond after police arrested Worl Thursday and charged him with offenses.
