The DJK canoe school offers introductory courses for canoe hiking. This nature sport is easy to learn and can be practiced individually or in groups. Canoeing can be done by people of any age, as long as there is a certain basic fitness. Precondition is to be able to swim. As with most sports, we recommend to have a medical examination in advance in order to avoid unrecognized health risks.
