Tesco's urgent Christmas warning over sweet treat
- On Monday 22 December 2025 Tesco recalled its Free From 4 Christmas Chocolate Flavoured Cupcakes and issued a `do not eat` warning, with the Food Standards Agency flagging the alert.

- The Food Standards Agency notes that foods are withdrawn or recalled when allergy labelling is missing or incorrect, and it issues Allergy Alerts to guide withdrawals and recalls.
