Terrance’s Take: Prairie View’s tennis program disbandment unfortunate sign of the times

The email message from the Prairie View A&M athletic department on Aug. 4 was short and to the point. It took exactly 300 words for them to explain that disbanding the men’s and women’s tennis teams was changing a lot of lives.
