TENEO CONTINUES ASIA-PACIFIC EXPANSION WITH ACQUISITION OF PwC NEW ZEALAND'S BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING SERVICES (BRS) UNIT
Teneo expands its European footprint by acquiring Clarity Partners, adding 30+ professionals and establishing a new Copenhagen office to strengthen Nordic market presence.
- Teneo announced on Jan. 13, 2026, a majority stake in Clarity Partners to expand its management consulting in the Nordics, said Asbjørn Kastaniegaard.
- Clarity Partners said it will retain focus on the Danish and Nordic market while gaining access to Teneo's global footprint and five business segments.
- Clarity Partners will continue operating under its existing leadership and organizational structure as it joins Teneo, led by Managing Partner Asbjørn Kastaniegaard, according to the announcement.
- With Clarity onboard, Teneo's Management Consulting now includes over 250 professionals and will collaborate with the nine-country European team to strengthen its presence in Europe.
- Alongside the Clarity deal, Teneo is also acquiring 22 members of PwC New Zealand's Business Restructuring Services team, following last year's purchase of PwC Australia's Business Restructuring Services unit.
