DES MOINES — The Iowa State Fair Blue Ribbon Foundation and Cookies Food Products are pleased to present Jordan Norton of Mt. Pleasant as a 2026 Iowa State Fair “Iowan of the Day” on Tuesday, Aug. 18.

Each winner will be awarded one day of recognition from August 13 through August 22 with a presentation on the Anne & Bill Riley Stage at noon.

Ten Iowan's of the Day for the 2026 State Fair announced

The Iowan of the Day program was founded in 1997 by the Blue Ribbon Foundation to honor outstanding Iowans who have made a difference in their communities.
