KELL — The Illinois Department of Transportation announced that rehabilitation of a crossing by Union Pacific railroad on Illinois 161, between State Route 37 and Heinzmann Road, in Marion County will require a full closure, weather permitting, on Monday, Sept. 8 and Tuesday, Sept. 9.
