Tens of thousands of techno fans celebrated an illegal rave on a military site in France over the weekend – despite warnings of unexploded people. The government wants to punish such occasions much harder in the future.

Some scenes were disassembled but the music was still resonating Monday in the morning. A clean-up of the site was undertaken by the participants.
