Teenager killed in Normal after being hit by a train, police say

NORMAL, Ill. (WMBD) -- A 19-year-old man is dead after being struck by a train Tuesday afternoon in Normal, police say. The incident occurred at about 4:15 p.m. near the intersection of North Towanda Avenue and Kays Drive. When officers arrived, they found a man who who had been struck by the train.
