A 51-year-old man was shot in Northeast Portland and taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, the Portland Police Bureau said.Police arrested two people in the Monday night shooting: Alejandro Mandujano, 18, and an unnamed juvenile, according to police. The shooting occurred in the 9700 block of Northeast Glisan Street at about 10:53 p.m. and a firearm was recovered during the initial investigation, police said.
