DOVER, DEL. – The Dover Police Department has arrested a teenager on firearm charges during their Enhanced Visibility Patrol initiative on Tuesday evening. Police have arrested a 17-year-old male on charges of carrying a concealed deadly weapon, two counts of possessing a handgun or ammunition by a person under 21, resisting arrest, and related gun crimes.
