A 15-year-old boy was arrested Tuesday evening after police say he intentionally damaged a window at a Manhattan building. According to the Riley County Police Department, officers responded around 6:15 p.m. to the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard after the teen reported damaging a building window.
