Team Kentucky offers to buy property from families hit by 2022 floods

KENTUCKY (WOWK) - Eastern Kentucky families impacted by the 2022 floods got word of some relief coming their way Thursday. Governor Andy Beshear announced that Team Kentucky is offering to buy out families living in the floodplain so they can move to areas less prone to flooding.
