The President believes that when he bribes the military he will escape a coup d'état but he forgets that when the people live in misery in a country rich in hijackers of public funds, a coup d'état calls another so Mr President, "what I say, I do", apply it with grace. It drags too much in what are the basic things that every people needs. Water, Electricity, Education Health and Roads. An agriculture without roads Impossible!
