Tartu wants to connect the banks of the Emajõgi River more with the urban space

The city of Tartu wants to develop the banks of the Emajõgi River more in the coming years and connect them with the city space in order to bring people back to the city center. The Sadama quarter is being planned with a waterfront promenade from the city center to the Karlova boat harbor. On the left bank, it is intended to connect the Kvissentali district with the city center along the river.
