Target Says Thanksgiving Meal Deal Can Feed 6 for $30: What's in It?
The bundle includes nine items and matches last year’s $5-per-person value as Target expands holiday food deals.
On Wednesday, Target unveiled a $30 Thanksgiving meal designed to feed six people, maintaining a $5-per-person value with nine items including turkey, potatoes, and sides.
Amid intensifying grocery competition, Aldi previously announced a meal for 10 under $39, while Sam's Club rolled out an 11-item feast serving 16 people for about $160 last week.
Target is also expanding its assortment of $5 sides, pies, and appetizers, while offering family apparel ranging from $10 fleece items to $45 cashmere sweaters.
With food at home prices up about 1.8 percent over the past year, nearly half of Americans celebrating Thanksgiving plan to personalize classic recipes this year.
More promotional deals are expected to be announced as the holiday approaches, with Target operating across more than 2,000 U.S. stores nationwide.
