Tarapoto: truck runs over mototaxis and motorcycle waiting for light change at traffic light

A tragic accident occurred in Tarapoto when a van, allegedly driven under the influence of alcohol, struck behind two mototaxis and a motorcycle waiting for the change of light at the junction of the Alfonso Ugarte jiron with the road of avoidance. The impact left several injured, including children. The truck driver was stopped.
