Tara Public Library Branch closing temporarily for renovations

The Tara Branch of the Bruce County Public Library (BCPL) is closing from December 8th to the 22nd (2025) to allow for the installation of new flooring and upgraded shelving. During this period, the Branch and book drop will be unavailable. Library staff will contact patrons with existing holds to arrange an alternate pick-up date or location.
