Tampered reservoir leaves Saskatchewan community without drinking water

Outlook, Sask. – The recent tampering of one of the municipality’s reservoirs has left residents without access to drinking water, and, as of late last week, it was still unknown when it would be available again. A local state of emergency remained in effect through Friday. About 2,300 people were impacted by the loss of drinking water. Global News report
