The financial supervisor BaFin imposed a fine of just over EUR 1 million on the Talanx. Guilt is a formal error in the publication of the half-year financial report 2022. Talanx AG had not announced in time which date and at which internet address of the half-year financial report was publicly available for the 2022 financial year.
