GRAND FORKS North Grand Forks drivers might have noticed the Stamart closure at a location at the intersection of I-29 and Gateway Drive. A little more than three months later, TA Express has reopened the facility as a gas station and convenience store at 1212 N. 47th St. in Grand Forks.
