June 25, 2025 9:20 a.m.  Sutherlin Police jailed a man for the alleged theft of a scooter on Monday. Iowa City man charged with theft of scooter

Hunter 06/25/25 An Iowa City man was arrested after his involvement in the theft of a scooter from the University of Iowa campus. The victim stated that they locked their Segway GoPro3 scooter to the bike rack outside Shaffer Hall but when they returned both the bike and the lock had been stolen.
