The Chief of Respect Citizens assures that he did not drive without a permit, suspended as a result of a significant delay in payment for a contravention.
In addition to having paid his municipal taxes late in Lévis, Quebec City Hall candidate Stéphane Lachance, who promises a rigorous management of the City's finances, has been suspended for non-payment of a fine. His company has also been prosecuted for an unpaid rent of more than $14,000.
