CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WOWK) — A man arrested following a deadly DUI crash on US-119 near Alum Creek back in November appeared in court. Alva Jones of Charleston appeared in Kanawha County Circuit Court Monday morning, though his trial was set to start July 14 due to change of council.
